By signing up for the Fit Foodie Living App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Access

To log into the app, you must use the same email address you used when signing up for your free trial or purchasing your membership.

⚠️ Heads up: Sometimes your device may auto-fill a different email (such as your Apple ID or a saved default). If you're having trouble logging in, please double-check which email was entered at checkout.

2. Free Trial Terms

Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to our Basic Membership, so you can test out the workouts, recipes, and community before committing. You may cancel your trial at any time directly from within the app before the 7 days are up to avoid being charged.

If you don't cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard membership rate.

3. VIP Membership Terms

VIP includes fully customized fitness and nutrition programming, direct access to your coach, and group coaching calls. Because of the level of personalization involved, we require a minimum 3-month commitment to VIP.

After the initial 3 months, you’re free to cancel at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the app and the immediate access provided to premium content and coaching resources, all purchases are non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues or need support, we’re always here to help — just contact us via the in-app support chat or email.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

All content provided inside the Fit Foodie Living App is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

6. Liability

By using this app, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being. Fit Foodie Living, its coaches, and associated team members are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from following the content inside the app.
