I didn't receive my order, what should I do?
Liv’s products are sent via email. Please be sure to check your inbox (including your spam and promotions folders too). Look for email(s) titled "Your Bundle/Cookbook/Guide is Here!" or “You just made the SWEETEST Choice”. Open the email(s) and you’ll find a link to the product in the email or the product will be attached at the bottom of the email. Just click the link or attachment to open and view your product. Please allow up to 24 hours for emails to arrive in your inbox. If after 24 hours you still have not received the email(s), then please reach out.
Are Liv's products digital or hard copy?
Liv's products are digital and delivered via email. In the email there will be a link to access the product or the product will be attached at the bottom of the email. Click on the link or attachment to open and view the product.
The product(s) were not what I was expecting, can I get a refund?
Because Liv’s products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy in place to protect her intellectual property, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Once delivered, digital products are considered “used,” and unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer refunds or make exceptions to this policy. These terms are agreed to at the time of purchase when the checkbox confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is selected during checkout and allow us to continue providing high-quality, valuable resources with fairness and consistency to all of our clients.
