FIT FOODIE LIVING – COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. WHO WE ARE

Fit Foodie Living (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a United States–based company headquartered in Florida. We provide online coaching and digital wellness services through our website, app, and affiliated platforms.

If you have questions about your program, billing, or account, please contact us at [email protected] or message us directly through the Fit Foodie Living App.

By submitting any form on our website, joining our programs, or communicating with us through the Fit Foodie Living App, you agree that Fit Foodie Living and our authorized representatives may contact you in relation to your coaching services, account management, or other related updates.


3. ORDERING COACHING SERVICES

Payments for coaching services are processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), and are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your payment terms, billing frequency, and renewal schedule will depend on the specific program you selected and will be outlined at checkout or in your order confirmation.

By enrolling in a coaching program or subscription, you authorize Fit Foodie Living (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the agreed billing cycle until canceled in accordance with Section 4 below.


4. CANCELLATION & RENEWAL POLICY

All coaching memberships automatically renew each month (or according to your selected billing cycle) until canceled.

If you wish to cancel, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date by:

Messaging us directly through the Fit Foodie Living App.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle or at the end of your minimum commitment period, whichever is later. Please note: Early termination before completion of your commitment period may result in continued billing for the remaining term or forfeiture of access to coaching materials.


5. REFUNDS & PROGRAM ACCESS

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise required by law. Access to your coaching program and materials will remain available until the end of your paid period.


6. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions to reflect business, legal, or operational changes. Updates will be posted on our website and within the Fit Foodie Living App, and will take effect immediately upon publication.
